BRAVE (by Sissy Goff) Book Study For Middle School Girls

We invite your middle school aged girls (incoming 6th, 7th or 8th graders) to join our Adolescent Specialist, Bridgitte, this summer for a 6-week book study over the book "BRAVE" by Sissy Goff. This book helps navigate worry & anxiety, and provides tools to build resilience and confidence.

CLASS INFORMATION:

• Thursday mornings at 10:00 AM, starting on June 5th.

• In person at our new Lawrenceburg office OR join virtually via Zoom.

• Two parent sessions included to review content, provide resources, and answer questions.

• Class cost: $20 (plus book purchase)
